Terms & Conditions for sale of products and parts

  2. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.
  3. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.
  4. We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will attempt to contact every customer placing an order informing them of the cancellation via email. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use email to cancel such an order.  *We try our best to meet all your GM Parts needs. When a part has been discontinued or is no longer available, we will make every effort to obtain the part for you. We cannot guarantee the listed price for discontinued parts, but we will contact you for confirmation before processing your order.

Damaged Shipments

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged or incorrect parts.  Our warehouse put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally.  If you receive a damaged part, do not accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender.  If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender.  We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent the customer from incurring additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault.   We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

Truck Freight

Truck freight applies to orders consisting of large parts or items that require special handling due to their shape, weight, or packaging.  Orders with these characteristics are shipped via truck freight.  Delivery may take 2-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) within the continental United States.  Truck freight to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days and may require additional charges. You will be contacted via email with a revised shipping quote.

Return Policy

We will accept authorized returns 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging.  If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repack items in its original shipping container, contact us and we will make return arrangements.

All authorized returns must be in their original condition including all components and cannot be disassembled, mounted or damaged due to incorrect installation.  Returns missing components will not be credited.  We are not responsible for installation errors, nor will we cover any labor expenses, towing expenses, rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.  Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason.  Freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.

Restocking Fee

Customers will be charged a 20%-35% return fee, depending on the part purchased, for all returns that are not a direct result of our error.

Refunds for returns or cores will be processed and credited within 72 to 96 hours after we receive and confirm your return is in good standing with our policies.  All cores must be returned in their original packaging from the manufacture.  Please be aware the bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card.

All international orders must use PayPal.  No credit card transactions will be accepted.

Warranty

GM warranties their parts for 2 years from the date of purchase.

The original parts and accessory warranties (wppm-3) apply to parts sold over the counter or installed by an authorized GM center.  Upon discovery of a defect in material the part or accessory sold, or the vehicle in which the covered part or accessory is installed, shall be brought to any authorized GM center to obtain service under this warranty.  GM passenger cars shall be serviced by centers that are subject to the dealer agreement for GM cars.   If the failed part is simply returned to the GM center’s parts counter by the client, GM will cover appropriate diagnostic labor performed and the cost of repairing the failed part or the replacement part.  Removal and replacement time is not covered in this case.  If installation in the vehicle is required to determine that a defect exists (or the client simply returns the vehicle in which the defective part was installed), then the labor to diagnose the failure as well as to repair or replace the failed part is covered for parts sold over the counter and parts installed by an authorized GM center.  If a part covered under the original parts and accessories is defective and the defect causes damage to other parts, then the entire repair is covered by the parts warranty.
